Please be aware of fraudulent activity in which individuals are impersonating our organisation (General Incorporated Association Japanese Whisky International Council, Japanese Whisky Membership Community “In” [韻]) and the name of Seiichi Koshimizu.

It has come to our attention that fraudulent solicitations involving whisky sales, asset management, and investment proposals are being made via LINE and other chat platforms and social media, using the names of our organisation and Suntory Honorary Chief Blender Seiichi Koshimizu without authorisation.

Neither our organisation nor Mr. Seiichi Koshimizu himself engages in any form of whisky sales, asset management, investment solicitation, or any related commercial activity whatsoever.

If you receive any such solicitation or communication, please do not respond under any circumstances, and do not provide any money or personal information.

Should you receive a suspicious communication or suspect that you may have been targeted, please contact your nearest police station or consumer affairs centre without delay.

We ask that you remain vigilant for your own safety and protection.
