Product Delivery and Shipping Costs

The delivery period, arrival date, and shipping cost of products may vary depending on the conditions of the region and country of the shipping address, due to delays, natural disasters and world conditions, etc.
In addition, any and all international customs duties and taxes that arise are fully the responsibility to be covered and paid by the member.

Membership Registration, Period, Termination and Cancellation

Membership registration can be completed from the membership registration form. Membership registration is to be completed by members who have agreed to the Terms of Service. The membership period is one year from the day of membership registration.

The membership period will be automatically renewed every year, and the subscription payment method with which payment was automatically executed with, such as a credit card, on the date and time of membership will be applied to the annual membership registration date.
No refunds will be made for midperiod cancellations, terminations, or cancellations within the membership period after membership registration.
To unsubscribe or cancel a member registration, it is necessary to apply for termination or cancellation at least 10 days prior to the member renewal date using the company's designated e-mail address, My Page for Members, or Inquiry Form.

Cancellation, Return and Exchanging of Products

Please proceed to purchasing products only after fully agreeing to the terms and notices of the product information page, as the characteristics, conditions and details of the product may vary. As a general policy, we cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. Please note that due to the characteristics of the product, we also do not accept returns and or provide exchanges.
