Seiichi Koshimizu and Kenichi Hashimoto established a company called "Hase Labo Co., Ltd." Their goal was to explore questions such as, "How can we make pureed or soft foods more delicious?" and "As we age, high-alcohol drinks become difficult to enjoy. Could we create a whisky with low alcohol content that still preserves its rich taste and aroma?" Their shared vision is to help people savor good food and drinks throughout their lives, making every dining experience enjoyable.
