Certified Whisky Professional from the Whisky Culture Institute, Whisky Seminar Instructor, Japan Rum Association Certified Rum Connoisseur, Special Judge at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition.

After honing his skills as a bartender in bars across Tokyo, including Shinjuku, Isamu relocated to Yamanashi. Following the move, joined Moegi no Mura and played a pivotal role in the establishment of "Bar Perch," transforming a space that was once the hotel lobby.

2011: Awarded the Minister of the Environment Prize (Grand Prize) in the Yamanashi Prefecture Cocktail Competition for the original cocktail "Togenkyo."
2019: Received a Silver Award in the Yokohama Cocktail Competition for the original cocktail "YOKOHAMA LOVERS."
2022: Awarded a Bronze Award in the Professional Bartenders Organization (PBO) National Bartenders Competition, organized by the Professional Bartenders Organization, for the original cocktail "Verde Vento (Green Wind)."
