Seiichi Koshimizu’s induction into the Hall of Fame was the inspiration behind the creation of the Whisky Kaiseki.

In 2015, Seiichi Koshimizu was inducted into the 'Hall of Fame,' recognized by the whisky specialist magazine Whisky Magazine, making him the first Japanese person to join the Whisky Hall of Fame. To celebrate this achievement, Kenichi Hashimoto devised a unique gift for Koshimizu. Would Koshimizu appreciate culinary creations using whisky or innovative approaches to whisky itself? Amidst the anticipation, Hashimoto crafted the Whisky Kaiseki as a tribute.
